| To place a refund request for an order placed with Theater-hub.com, You would need to contact Theater-hub.com via email at vtm.leb@gmail.com. Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results. Refund request will only be accepted up to 24 hours from the date and time of placing the Order with theater-hub.com. The answer to your request will be at our own discretion and will not be negotiable. Please note that since your payment processing gives you automatic access to the product, we will not be able to approve any cancelation request. If the refund request is granted by theater-hub.com, payments are refunded as follows: Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (3) business days;Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days. Even in the case the refund request is granted by theater-hub.com, you alone will be responsible of any misuse of the product you received, and of any legal consequences resulting from that misuse.
